Alppien yllä Val d’Isèren

Korkealla Val d’Isèren kylän yllä, katselin maisemaa kabiinihissin ikkunasta ja halusin tallentaa hetken. Syvän sininen taivas kohtaa valkoisina hohtavat vuorenhuiput, ja rinteet kulkevat kuin viivat maiseman halki. Tämä juliste vangitsee rauhan ja liikkeen – hetken, jolloin vuoret tuntuvat koskettavan taivasta ja talvi on vielä täynnä mahdollisuuksia, luonnon voimaa, avaruutta ja talven taikaa. Samalla ajattelen, etten tiedä kuinka kauan maailmassa on enää valkoisia huippuja, kun kaunis maapallomme lämpenee.

High above the Alps, in Val d’Isère,

I gazed out at the village from the cable car window and wanted to capture the moment. The deep blue sky meets snow-white peaks, and the slopes run like lines across the landscape. This poster captures both peace and motion – a moment when the mountains seem to touch the sky, and winter is still full of possibilities, nature’s power, vastness, and the magic of the season. At the same time, I wonder how long there will still be white peaks in the world as our beautiful planet warms.
